We are thrilled to announce our latest collaboration with the Goa State Government. This landmark partnership aims to enrich spiritual tourism circuits, offering an all-new realm of immersive and holistic experiences.
A Dynamic Shift in Tourism Trends 📈
As the world navigates the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, there’s been a noticeable shift in what tourists are seeking. The focus has moved toward “spirituality, immersive experiences, and wellness,” as articulated by Goa’s esteemed Tourism Minister, Mr. Rohan Khaunte. We are aligned in recognizing this as an unparalleled opportunity to promote spiritual, eco, and wellness tourism in the region.
The Power of Partnership 🤝
After a productive empowered committee meeting in Panaji, we’re proud to reveal that a non-commercial Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Temple Connect and the Goa State Government. This MoU paves the way for the much-anticipated launch of spiritual tourism circuits in the state within the upcoming month.
Strengthening Rural and Spiritual Tourism 🌱
Mr. Khaunte stressed the importance of empowering rural tourism, a perspective we wholeheartedly share. The connectivity between Goa and cities like Dehradun, Guwahati, and Varanasi ensures a seamless exchange of domestic and international tourists, enriching the spiritual journey for all.
Forthcoming Endeavors 🗓️
With immense enthusiasm, we’re also looking forward to a day-long conclave on spiritual tourism next month. Plans are afoot to commemorate major events, including the grand celebration of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Shivjayanti and the highly anticipated opening of the Ayodhya Temple in 2024.
We are excited and honored to be a part of this transformative journey that promises to elevate spiritual tourism to unprecedented heights. 🙏
